J&J Investment Properties LLC specializes in providing affordable and modern off-campus housing to the students at UAlbany and the College of Saint Rose. We own 33 apartments that house over 100 students. Our properties, which can accommodate 3/4/5/6/7/8 students, are located on Hamilton Street, Hudson Avenue, Quail Street, Ontario Street, Morris Street and State Street. Most of our apartments have been renovated and include stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer (free of charge) updated kitchens/bathrooms and 50" HD Smart TV's mounted to the wall in the living room. Additionally, we have over 30 off-street parking spots available in the area.

Rent per bedroom ranges from $500-650 (utilities not included). We DO NOT outsource our property management. Instead, we choose to manage our properties in a very 'hands on manner', with a full-time employee who performs property maintenance each week, ensuring all of your issues are handled promptly and professionally. Our goal is to ensure our residents remain happy throughout their lease and enjoy the comfort of their apartment! All properties are very safe and secure with steel door entrance ways and the option of installing a security system with live policy monitoring for a very low monthly rate.
