•Owner pay up to $150.00 of the electricity bill and guest is responsible of the overage. Electricity Deposit of $200.00 will be required at booking.
•Barbecue included (tenant is responsible to refill the propane tank)

•$250.00 departure cleaning
•$350.00 Administration fee
•Optional pool heating upon request for $30.00 per night during the entire stay.
