A wonderful two-bedroom and two-bath apartment on the second floor is located right next to the pool and tennis court; one dedicated parking spot is in the front, and plenty of parking is available around the side of the building. Washer and dryer included. There is a laundry room located at the clubhouse as well. A car cleaning/detailing station is just a building over if your car needs cleaning. Springwood Village is right behind the Longwood Village shopping plaza, full of fun shops and terrific restaurants. You are only 1 minute from the intersection of I-4 and Hwy 434, so you can get anywhere fairly quickly, whether downtown Orlando or Daytona Beach.

Terms and Conditions

Applicants must have a minimum Resident Score of 550 (as reported by TransUnion) and a net income of at least twice the monthly rent. All adults aged 18 and over must apply, accompanied by a non-refundable application fee of $75 per person. A one-time lease processing fee of $199 is due at move-in. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and lawn maintenance, and homes with pools require a $150 monthly pool service fee. A $30/month Resident Benefit Package is required, which includes HVAC air filter delivery, credit reporting, a tenant rewards program, and more. Renter's insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 is required, with plans starting at $12 per month (varies by provider). If a washer and dryer are included, they are provided as-is without warranty. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs are allowed (if applicable), with a $30 pet screening fee per animal. Breed restrictions apply and include, but are not limited to: Pit Bull Terrier (American Staffordshire Terrier), Rottweiler, Malamute, Cane Corso, Doberman, Presa Canario, Wolf/Dog hybrids, Chow, and any mixes of these breeds.
