Price is for single occupancy. *Double occupancy is $150 extra.*

Currently: 2 Female, 3 Male, 2 Non-Binary. Ages range from 20 to 33, with most around 26. Roommates will sometimes socialize in the living room or back patio, but generally are busy doing their own things.
Peace and quiet is the norm. Common areas are kept clean. Roommates share chore responsibilities once per month. Prospective tenants should be polite, professional, and expect only minimal socialization with their roommates.
## About the Location
CSUN is 1.5 miles away; an eight minute bike ride or a four minute drive. Around the corner is the North Hills Shopping Center. Just down the street is an In-n-Out and McDonald's. It is also a short drive to Van Nuys Airport, Valley and Pierce colleges.
## House Rules
No pets. No drugs. Smoking outdoors is permitted, but non-smokers are preferred. No parties. Guests are fine, just be courteous to your roommates and neighbors.
