## House Dynamic
The most social house of all!! This is the college life you always imagined: great people, laid-back atmosphere, and always something happening in the next room.
A safe and open-minded environment, filled with singers, musicians, and geeks of all variety.
The Acasola House is home-base to CSUN's premier A Cappella group, Acasola. During the school semester the group rehearses twice a week in the expansive Great Room, and you can always find members hanging out at the house, having a good time.
Prospective tenants should be social, liberal, joyful, and should love being surrounded by music 24/7!
## Parking
Parking is never a problem. Private driveway fits 3-4 cars, and is first-come first-serve. Plenty of street parking, too.
## Furnishings
The house is furnished; your room is not.
## Eligibility
If you're interested in the room, I'll be running your background and credit. Credit scores below 600 need not apply. We need to see that you have a steady job, or financial aid, or some other reliable source of income. Co-Signers are welcome (they'll have to fill out an application and get a credit check, too). Beyond finances, we're also looking for someone who's a good personality-fit for our house, so bring your smiles and good vibes, and leave the stress and drama behind.
## House Rules
No pets. No drugs. Smoking and 420-friendly, but please keep all smoking outdoors. Parties are allowed, within specific guidelines. Guests are fine; just be courteous to your roommates and neighbors.
