It is a large house with 3 bedrooms, 2 full size kitchens, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 sets of washers/dryers. Both kitchens are sizable. There is a partially finished basement attached to the utility room, which is where the first set of laundry is located. Upstairs on one side of the house are 2 of the bedrooms and an updated bathroom. Upstairs on the other side of the house (via a separate set of stairs) is the large, 3rd bedroom and 2nd full bathroom as well as 2nd set of laundry. There is a sliding door in between the two sides of the house (unlocked, and which must remain unlocked). There is an attached garage with space for 2 cars, as well as driveway parking.
Tenants are responsible for all utilities. The house has central AC and furnace heat. Lawn care and snow removal is provided. 4 occupants max.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets).
No application fee. Non-refundable $125 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per bedroom (regardless of number of tenants). Security deposit is 1.5x the rent.
