Screening Criteria
Verified income of 3x monthly rent
Credit score of 600 or higher
No open bankruptcies
No past landlord-tenant disputes with judgment in favor of the landlord
No evictions in the last 7 years
Applicants who do not meet these criteria may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with a qualifying Cosigner/Guarantor or an increased deposit.
We do not accept Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports as defined by and pursuant to RCW 59.18.
