Damage and Repairs:
- In the event of any damage caused by the tenant, a fee of $300 will be incurred for repair or restoration.
- Issues arising from construction, materials, or malfunctioning appliances are the landlords sole responsibility.
Lease Termination:
- The security deposit may be forfeited if the tenant terminates the lease prematurely.
- The tenant is responsible for the remaining duration of the lease until a suitable replacement tenant is secured.
- Termination of the lease requires mutual agreement between the landlord and tenant to establish the terms and conditions.
Cleaning:
- The tenant is responsible for arranging professional cleaning and carpet shampooing for the house at their own expense after the lease term.
