There is a non-refundable screening (application) fee of $53 PER PERSON for all occupants over the age of 18. Applicant must be on time for showing appointment or reschedule with a timely call (failure to do so results in denial of the application) The rental criteria can be found on our website. Minimum credit score 650, positive rental history, and gross income must be 3xs the rent amount.
