* Four-room suite - $999/month - This unit is on the lower left exterior of house, white door. It is not part of the main house. Private exterior entrance, 4 rooms in 1 suite, 1 bathroom. Shared kitchen in main house. Each room has its own sink & lock on door. 3rd room could be used as a bedroom, kitchenette, storage area or common area. Large kitchen in main house available for use. * This unit can also be used as a business office or storage *
QUALIFICATIONS: Credit score 620+, income 2.5+ times the rent, and a favorable landlord reference. No animals and no smoking allowed. 6-month and 1 year leases available on certain units.
