Our rooms are $250 - $300 a week * room price depends on room size* ( week to week only) plus a matching security deposit ( to be returned as long as room is left the way it is when you move in). 2 persons per room (that includes children) pets are a separate deposit (non refundable( 1 time deposit)) $50 for A cat and $100 for A dog all to be under 25lbs. Rooms come furnished and everything is included in the rent( water, trash, parking, cable and wifi). No laundry on site. No maid service.  Once you occupy room, its your responsibility. No Cash will be accepted. Card or money order only.

1 bed 1 bath. Full size bed, end table, dresser, table, chair, TV and WiFi all included with weekly rent (along with listed amenities). Week to Week only. A cat or small dog will be a separate (non refundable) deposit. Pets need to be under 25 lbs. 2 person per room Max. NO Cash will be accepted. Parking available in front of room. 1 vehicle per licenced adult.
