Smoking of any kind is not allowed within the unit.

$300 refundable pet deposit
$35 per month pet fee
$55 application fee per applicant
$950 Security Deposit due on signing the lease
EFT and Check rent payments are free; there is a 2.99% processing fee for paying by CC or debit card
Utility charges
Tenant pays a portion of the following utilities, water, sewer, electricity, gas which is around $200 additional per month (fluctuates with seasons)
Trash is paid for by the owner
