QUALIFICATIONS FOR RENTING THIS HOME:
1. Income. Must be at least 3x rent, i.e., $3300/month (higher if pets since rent increases).
2. Financial habits. Applicant must demonstrate responsible financial habits (e.g., always paying rent and other bills on time, zero balance with previous landlords, no evictions, etc.).
3. Living habits. Required to have clean and tidy living habits.
4. Character. Must be honest and trustworthy.
5. Smoking. Even though no smoking in the house is understood, we charge double the deposit for a tenant who smokes -- this helps cover our risk.
6. Rent payment. We accept rent payment online only. It's a very easy process and saves time for everyone. You can either withdraw from your bank account (free) or use a debit or credit card ($30 fee).

Application fee: $35 per adult.
TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION PROCESS:
You must do 3 things...
1. APPLICATION. Each person 18 years or older that will be living in the house needs to fill out an application, either paper or online at [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] *Incomplete applications will not be processed, so please be thorough.*
2. FEE. Pay $35 application fee for each applicant in person (cash) or online. This covers credit check, background check, and application review process.
3. VISIT. Tour the house. Required for each adult applicant. See below for Open House times.
