Application Fee: $40 per adult (18+).

Screening Process: We conduct a full background check, including credit reports, criminal/eviction records, and landlord/employer verification.
Minimum Requirements for Approval:
Income: Total household income must be verifiable (paystubs, bank statements, or tax returns).
Credit: Minimum credit score of 620.
Rental History: Excellent, verifiable rental history with positive references.
Eviction History: No prior evictions.
Required State Notices:
Right to Refund: You have a right to a refund of the $40 fee if the unit is filled or your application is not processed.
Right to Dispute: You have the right to dispute the accuracy of any information provided by the screening/credit reporting company.
Nondiscrimination: We comply fully with all federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws.
