Pet Policy: One dog allowed, up to 40 pounds. There is an additional security deposit of $500 and additional pet rent of $25/month.
Utilities: Tenants must arrange to start utilities in their name on the day the rental agreement begins. Tenants pay for power/water/sewer (EWEB), waste disposal and internet/cable if desired.
Laundry: Home includes a washer and dryer.
Landscaping: Owner pays for light exterior landscaping cleanup and tenants are responsible for any additional landscaping.
Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property.
We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The screening fee is $40 per adult applicant. We accept Zillow background screenings if you've already completed one within the last 30 days, but we require you to also apply directly with us. If you've already paid for/completed a Zillow Screening, you will pay a reduced Zillow Screening Fee of $10 to complete your background screening.
Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent. We will consider brief, reasonable requests for additional time.
