LIMITATIONS:

➢ Pets are welcome! There is a pet fee of $200 per pet and per month. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Please bring sheets to cover beds and or furniture. Clean up after your pet prior to departure.

➢ The unit has a Private Pool with Spa. Spa can be heated for $50 per day. The pool itself doesn't heat, but water circulation will warm up the pool if spa is heated

➢ Driveway parking for can fit up to 2 vehicles only and Garage parking can fit up to 2 vehicles as well.

➢ Crib is available upon request. If you need it, please let us know ahead of time so we can set it up upon your arrival.

➢ No cable and streaming devices or account available. Guest must use their account such as Netflix etc.

➢ We only provide initial supply of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels etc. (We do not provide detergent for washer.) Guest need to be responsible for their own supplies after initial set is depleted

➢ We would need your help on pushing out the trash bins to the curbside every week during your stay. Trash day is every Monday. Please push out on Sunday night and pull back on Monday

➢The monthly price includes a mandatory complimentary housekeeping every 30 day
