- Must pass application process.
- Must have verifiable income, if self-employed will require 2 years of tax returns.
- Monthly income must meet or exceed at least 3x the monthly rent.
- Good rental references are a plus.
- Will run credit, background, and criminal checks.
- Will verify employment.
- Applications ran only after all applicants (adults) have applied
