Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome unit available 8/7. Located just off of 1400 N in Logan is this beautiful townhome community. We are currently accepting applications for August 7 move in dates.

Unit Details:

These units are 1650 square feet, and two stories. All appliances are included as well as a washer and dryer in unit. Two covered parking stalls are included with the unit and additional parking can be rented as needed. All units are no animals, no smoking, and no vaping.

Leases:

Typical lease term is for 12 months but a school year option may be available, just ask!

Pricing:

The rental rate for the 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom units is $1,585 per month, utilities are not included. This property does require all adult renters to have a renters insurance policy during tenancy.

Application:

All prospective tenants over age 18 must submit their own individual application. There is a $50 application fee that covers a background and credit check. Our financial requirements are a household income of 3x the monthly rent and good credit history. If a tenant does not meet one of these requirements they can add a co-signer to their application.
