Animals subject to owner approval, so if you have questions, please ask before you apply. Additional monthly fees apply per animal as well as an additional fee. No rottweilers, pit bulls (staffordshire terriers), or pitbull mixes will be considered due to insurance restrictions.
What are we looking for in a tenant? You need to have a verifiable GROSS income of $2,700 per month. This is BEFORE taxes are taken out. We complete a background check and a credit check.
