Background Requirements:
- No felonies convictions within the last 10 years, particularly drug, terrorism, prostitution, sex, weapons, and or cruelty to animal related offenses, as well as crimes against a person or property may be grounds for denial. Past or present registration as a "sex offender" may result in denail.
- No crimes including but not limited to: Arson, larceny/theft, breaking & entering, trespassing, any violent crimes, weapons charges, possession and/or distribution of controlled substances/drugs, or any charges relating to the above.
Credit Requirements:
We do not have a minimum credit score requirement. You must have a:
- clean record maintaining payments on any line of credit
- no foreclosures or repossessions on any personal property
- free of collection accounts (excluding medical collections)
Income Requirements:
- Income must be equal to or greater than the rental rate multiplied by 2.5

*** Any applications submitted are held on file and are valid for 60 days. You DO NOT have to resubmit an application for each individual rental property.
