Payment history on your trades/lines of credit on your credit report, bill payment history, and overall credit worthiness is taken into high consideration. All applications will be screened the fairly & the exact same way. We also will adhere to all fair housing guidelines. If we discover that any dishonest information has been provided during the application process, it will result in an automatic denial of your rental application. We have a one-time leasing fee of $200 with all new leases that the resident must pay with the first months' rent.
