Criminal background reviewed on a case by case basis. LANDLORD WILL NOT ACCEPT A COMPREHENSIVE REUSABLE TENANT SCREENING REPORT MADE AVAILABLE TO THE LANDLORD BY A CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCY.
