This unit offers the convenience of nearby stores while still being nestled in a quiet neighborhood. You'll appreciate the spacious layout, ample storage, and abundance of natural light. Additionally, the apartment features central air conditioning and on-site coin laundry. *Tenant is responsible for electric and gas.
There are NO PETS and NO SMOKING allowed.
To qualify, the minimum gross monthly income requirement is $2,850.00. At lease signing, the first month's rent of $950 and a $950 security deposit (totaling $1,900) will be due.
Please note that every resident over the age of 18 must complete a separate application and submit a non-refundable $40.00 application fee.
Along with your application, please include:
* Proof of income (e.g., last 3 months' pay stubs and bank statements or proof of Social Security benefits)
* A copy of your state-issued photo ID or DL.
* At least two personal and past landlord referrals
