I would like to rent to an individual who is not big on partying and would keep up with keeping it clean. No pets – no exceptions. Located in Northeast St. Pete and is nearby 4th Street and 35th Avenue. A couple blocks from Publix, restaurants and banks. Has Central heat and air, and also a wall a/c unit with thermostat and remote for use. It is about 8 minutes from downtown. Parking on the street. Clean, ready to move in. See photos.
