This is an older stove, which makes it an odd size to replace. Should parts not be found, the broken eye will be covered. The stove will not be replaced.)

Tenant will be responsible for turning on heat lamps during freezing temperatures to keep pipes from freezing. The heat lamps are set up in the pumphouse and under the house. The tenant will be responsible for plugging them in and making sure that they are burning. As of Feb 2025, they both have new bulbs. The landlords will replace the heat lamps when needed.

The storage building has a few things in the corner that are there for maintenance on the home. The tenant may use the building, but the few items referenced will be left there for future use.
