Located in a walkable community near shopping, dining, and entertainment. We are allowing (2) Pets - Water/sewage included. Tenant responsible for all other utilities: internet, gas, electric, and garbage/recycle. Rental Terms: - Monthly Rent: $1,375 - Security Deposit: starting at $1,000 - 1 year lease required (month to month after 1st year) - Renters Insurance Required in the amount of $100,000 show proof at lease signing. Applications are accepted on first come first served basis Rental Criteria: - 2 years of verifiable residential history - No money owed to past landlords- Must make at least 2x unit rent in income (before taxes) - Animal Requirements: All Pets, Companion animals and Service animals: 1. We need to meet all animals before they are allowed on the property and prior to lease signing if new move-in. 2. Current copy of up-to-date shot records needs to be provided to our office prior to move-in. 3. They need to be licensed in Marion County and a copy of the unexpired license provided to our office. 4. Current colored printed picture of each pet provided to our office. 5. Sign the Assistance Animal or Pet Agreement comply with rules. Companion/Assisted/Service Animals: 1. Need a letter from the persons doctor that states who the animal is servicing, stating the specific animals name, type of animal & breed. Everything listed above needs to be completed before any pet may come on our properties and if signing new lease, prior to the lease signing. All visting pets must be pre-approved if visiting three (3) or more days. All information is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed. All rental listings and availability are subject to change without notice. Prospective residents are responsible to view property in person to verify desired amenities and finishes. We screen for credit, criminal, eviction, employment, income minimums, current and past landlord references.
