Two side-by-side stylishly renovated and charming homes can accommodate up to 10 adults and are only 3.9 miles to the Open. 822 Hulton has a King and a Queen bedroom with a full bath (step in shower). 828 Hulton offers a King bedroom and 2 Queen bedrooms, with a full and a half bath, plus a lower level with a rowing machine and work-out equipment. 828 also has an outdoor hot tub. At the end of a day of excitement, everyone can gather on the well-equipped back patio at 822 to enjoy the big outdoor TV, Blackstone and BarBQue grills, or play games in the large back yard. Bringing little ones? The owners will provide pack and plays, gates, cabinet locks and a high chair.
The homes are separated by a wide driveway which will accommodate many vehicles. No garage access.
Allegheny County hotel tax of 7% paid by renter.
