Stay at this two story, 4,000 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home in the Fox Chapel Area School District, located 2.8 miles from the shuttle service at Hartwood Acres. Allegheny County Park and 7.9 miles (approximately 20 minute drive) to Oakmont Country Club. The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with access to a 35 foot outdoor deck, dining room, family room, living room and den, all of which have a flat screen TV. The second floor includes a primary bedroom and en suite with a king sized bed. The other three bedrooms have one king, one queen and a full sized bed. A loft area also borders the bedrooms. A finished lower level walk out game room with foosball, kitchen, dining and seating areas with a full bath leads to an outdoor private oasis with an 18' x 36' heated inground swimming pool, gas grill and patio furniture on the deck and pool area.
At the time of booking, a $2,000 booking deposit and $2,500 security deposit are required.
The booking deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled. Otherwise, the booking deposit will be applied to the remaining balance. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to the arrival date.
The security deposit is refundable dependent upon a clean inspection of the property following your stay.
The rental rate is for the period from June 7, 2025 - June 16, 2025.
