Prior to move-in/move-out, $250 refundable damage deposit and $60 per hour security guard fee must be paid to management. All moves must be scheduled with applicable accepted payments (fees/deposits) submitted to building management no less than one week prior to requested moving date and strictly permitted M-F between 9am-5pm only.
New tenants are required to attend 15min mandatory orientation with building management prior to move.
Requirements:
Combined Gross Income must meet or exceed 3x the rent before taxes. ALL adult occupants (18+) and/or co-signers must apply separately and must be on the lease regardless of financial responsibility. We do not accept applications with evictions, past due rent, or collections on essential accounts (auto loans, utilities, phone bills). Must have Credit And Credit Must be in Good Standing. Minimum Credit Score 700+.
Applications are considered on a first processed first-served basis. We do not not hold or take unit off the market until the unit has been successfully rented with all applicable signatures and fees paid.
