APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS (HOW TO APPLY):

UPON ACCEPTANCE: Lease must be signed, and deposit paid within 48 hours of acceptance. (See exception for SEC 8 voucher holders below.) A whole months rent will be due upon move-in. Upon acceptance, a reservation fee equal to one month rent is due must be paid for the property to be held for you. Applications will only be processed if the applicant confirms they have the funds available to pay within 48 hours. If you are accepted, the property will remain on the market until the reservation fee equal to one times the rent is received to reserve the property.
