The bedroom is HUGE with plenty of space for a king bed, a desk, and even a sitting area. There are French doors opening onto the large 2nd floor balcony. Large walk-in closet as well.
Rent is $1200 /month plus $150 for your share of all the bills, including Google fiber WIFI, lawn care, and housekeeping once a month!
