$1,000/Month - Bedroom w/ Private Bathroom and Walk-In Closet in House In Tolleson With Great Amenities

Hi everyone! I have a 12x11 room with queen size bed available for rent starting March 1st or April 1st. This is one room with a private bathroom to use and a walk in closet all included for $1000 with utilities. Security deposit is $500 and it’s month to month agreement. No pets please. You’ll be living in a 4 bed/3 bath house and will have access to the kitchen space, laundry room, living room and have your own space for storage in the fridge/freezer, cabinets, and drawers. I ask if you cook, to clean up after yourself immediately after you’re done with cooking and to never leave dishes in the sink. I like to keep the house relatively clean and prefer it that way.

Laundry room available for use on weekends and off peak times only and must not leave laundry in the washer or dryer. Cleanliness is an absolute must. You will need to provide your own cooking utensils and pots/pans. We can also split household items such as toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, and other household items. The current roommates are just myself, Ive been described as pretty chill, clean, and like to invite occasional guests over. Communication is very important so I need a roommate that can communicate when there are any concerns, or if there will be guests coming over, etc. For parking, you would need to park on the side of the house.

We will do a background screen and also rental history check as well. I want to make sure we have the right fit so we will like to schedule times to meet with anyone that might sound like a right fit for the house!

About me:

Mitsu: 30-year-old technical program manager working from home 8:30am - 5pm schedule. Enjoys basketball, cooking, hanging out with friends, and watching shows.

Tenant eligibility/criteria:

Rules

- Clean every week on weekends - follow cleaning schedule as closely as possible

- Keep all common areas clean and clean right after using kitchen like doing dishes after finishing cooking

- Rotation for cleaning common areas amongst roommates

- No loud noise after 10pm

- Overnight guest only 1x a week and any guests coming over regardless of spending the night will need to be communicated to group chat prior

- No shoes in the house

Criteria

- Preferably a male roommate in their mid 20s to mid 30s

- Someone who is comfortable with living with a couple

- Someone with a day job - considering Alexis has a morning 6am-2pm job

- Good rental history

- Someone looking to live at the house for at least 3 months minimum and is okay with month to month contract

- Stable employment
