Only 12 miles to Clemson University to enjoy football, basketball, baseball, The Walker Golf course and other college activities of Clemson and Anderson Universities. Also enjoy a visit to the beautiful S.C. Botanical Gardens. Very close to excellent restaurants, shopping, civic center and easy access to interstate 85.
This condo has three bedrooms and two full baths to comfortably accommodate 4-6 guests with a maximum of 6 guests allowed. The kitchen is well equipped if you like cooking some of your own meals. The living room has a flat screen hdTV with cable like streaming service. Wifi, electricity, cable/streaming service, water and garbage bins are included in pricing. This condo is perfect for professionals who are working in the area temporarily or a family transitioning to Anderson. We also accept mature students, snowbirds and sport fishing pros. We are experienced in providing a pleasant stay for our guests.

Our condo is close to Interstate 85. There are many great restaurants, great shopping, sports activities of Clemson University, Anderson University and, of course, beautiful Lake Hartwell.
