- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: *Residents must coordinate their schedules, complete proper paperwork, and book their move/delivery and elevator, with Pell Place HOA Management at least seven (7) days in advance and submit a refundable five-hundred ($500) dollar security deposit and a non-refundable fee (for moves) of one hundred fifty ($150) dollars to cover the administrative costs incurred. To ensure full return of the deposit, a “pre” and “post” inspection of the area traveled during each move will be conducted by a member of the Pell Place Homeowners Association staff. Please make your check payable to “Pell Place Homeowners Association.” *Regular moving hours are Monday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Moves shall be limited to a four (4) hour time slot. Moves shall be limited to one move per building per time slot. *Mobile storage units or cubes (e.g. PODS) are not permitted to be parked or stored within the Association.
- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability
