This wonderful two bedroom and two bathroom unit features a spacious floorplan spread over 1010 square feet of living space. The primary living area features new hardwood flooring, large east facing windows, and access to a private balcony. The kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, granite counters, and a pantry. A nice den is located just off the entry, providing space for an office, additional living area, or even a small dining area. The entry also features a nice closet with built-in organization.

The bedrooms are located on separate sides of the unit to maximize privacy. The primary bedroom is located on the south side of the unit and offers east facing views overlooking the balcony, and a large walk-in closet with built-in organization. The bathroom for this unit features a glass enclosed shower, linen closet, and laundry. The secondary bedroom us located on the north side of the unit and features a large closet with built-in storage, and large windows. The bathroom on the this side of the unit features a bathtub/shower combo. Both bedrooms and the den newly installed carpet.

The building is located in a centralized part of the city and is close to almost everything you would need. The amenities for this building are hard to beat! They include a lobby concierge (staffed seven days a week), rooftop swimming pool (shared with a sister condo next door), shared rooftop/grill area, club room, and a shared courtyard.

There is a Capital Bikeshare station two blocks away on K St NW, the Mt. Vernon Metro Station (Green and Yellow Line) is 0.4 miles away, and the Chinatown Metro Station (Red, Green, and Yellow) is 0.7 miles away. There is an application fee of $50 per person and a minimum lease term of one year. The minimum credit score requirement for consideration is 670 (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score). The required security deposit is equal to one full month's rent. Tenants are responsible for electricity and internet/cable/phone (if desired). Water and gas (stove and heating) are included. Smoking is not permitted. Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $500. The condo charges a pet registration fee of $20 per pet.

Tenants are responsible for condo moving fees/deposits. The building charges a one-time non-refundable move-in fee of $750.00, a one-time non-refundable move-out fee of $500, and a refundable $300.00 moving deposit per move. The unit owner will contribute $250 towards the move-in fee.
