It is a short 2-minute drive to SUNY Potsdam, a 3-minute drive to Canton-Potsdam Hospital, and a 4-minute drive to Clarkson University. There is a bike rack outside if biking is preferred. All applicants are asked to fill in an application and credit score check. If approved, there will be a $750 deposit fee. Electricity, heat, water, and garbage are all included.
