PMI Elevation is now offering a zero-dollar security deposit move-in! All Residents can opt-in to purchase a Security Deposit Insurance Policy through "The Guarantors". Instead of a traditional Security Deposit, you may opt to pay a ONE-Time Non-Refundable Fee for an Insurance Product to Cover Damages and Unpaid Rent that is typically less than the traditional Security Deposit.
