I would love to welcome you to this adorable little space while you are in Lynchburg. We have made sure to provide everything we think someone may need to live comfortably! All utilities, WiFi, a washer/dryer, and more are included. We did not procure a cable service as it seems that most people stream. The entire place is fully equipped with the basics and should you need for anything within reason during your stay we are more than happy to provide. Please see below for a description of furnishings and reach out should you have any questions!

Washer/dryer located in hallway closet and there is additional storage space here that can be used as a pantry. The utility closet with the water heater is also in the hallway and there is some additional storage in this closet as well.
PET POLICY: A dog may be accepted on a case by case basis-we must discuss. There is an additional pet fee of $30 per month in addition to the non-refundable pet deposit of $300. Dog must be leashed for walks, crated when left unattended in the unit and must be picked up after outside. Tenant will also be responsible for any damages caused by the pet to any part of the premises and/or furnishings.

-bath towels
-hand towels
-washcloth
-makeup removal cloth

This apartment is located in a 4 unit building. All units are side by side, so there is a neighbor on either side of this unit. The property is on a large lot that is mostly grass and parking. There is some space in the yard behind the building before the tree line, but there is no direct access to the back yard through the back of the unit.
