Application fee is $40 per adult.

Resident is responsible for all utilities, including water, sewer, and trash.

Applicants net monthly income must be a minimum of 3X the rent.

Minimum credit score, 600.

Pets case by case w/$300 deposit and an additional $40 a month.

Once an application is received, we will ask the applicant for a copy of their ID, Social Security card, two most recent paystubs, and two most recent bank statements.
