Leasing Terms + Charges:

12 month leases unless otherwise noted. Short-term lease (3-11 months) are available for an additional $100 per month. Minimum 700 credit score required. Furnished available for $600/month. Water and sewer is $35/month, tenants are responsible for electricity. $50/month for additional occupant or parking space. Pets are not universally allowed, however with the landlords approval before signing the lease, pet rent is $50 per pet, per month. Security deposit is same as rent and due at signing. The lease is not considered fully executed and tenants may not move in until the security deposit is paid in full.
