2. $1,575 Monthly Special (Limited Time Offer – Must Sign by February 12)
• To lock in this rate, you must pay a non-refundable holding deposit, which will convert into your security deposit upon lease signing.
• You must sign the lease on or before February 12 to qualify.
• You will receive the keys in March and must pay the first month’s rent before moving in.
3. $900 Rent Credit Applied to April
• Pay $3,300 at lease signing.
• Your April 1 rent will be reduced to $750 after applying the $900 credit.
• Regular rent of $1,650 resumes in May.
