Maine Luxury Apartments

We are pleased to announce the upcoming availability of our newly renovated luxury apartments in the historic downtown of Winthrop, ME. These apartments have the look and feel of brand-new high-end luxury condos in a historic setting. Weve taken a 100+ year old brick building and completely rebuilt the interior living space. It has the charm and character of a 100+ year old building but with all the conveniences one would hope to find in a high-end luxury apartment. These apartments have undergone a complete renovation by a professional contractor with all new: waterproof flooring, modern light fixtures, stylish vanities with elegant faucets, tile showers with custom shampoo niches and frameless glass shower doors, 6 body spray and waterfall shower heads, bluetooth speaker in the bathrooms, under cabinet lighting, light up mirrors in all the bathrooms, kitchen cabinets with crown molding, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances with dishwasher and glass top stove, fireplaces, walk-in-closets, and many other amenities. Four of the apartments have a loft style bedroom on the second floor with its own bathroom and walk-in-closet and modern cable railings, overlooking the living room kitchen area with 20 ceilings. All of the apartments have exposed brick for the exterior walls, high ceilings, access to the elevator, and central heat and air conditioning which is included in the rent. We will have 1 apartment that is 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom, 5 apartments that will have 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, and 1 apartment that will have 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom.
