Home includes a very large back/side patio that is adjacent to a peaceful vacant lot. There is also a quaint little upper patio off of the primary bedroom. Also included are 2 off street parking spots directly out front of the townhouse.
Refrigerator, clothes washer and dryer, and built-in microwave included with no guarantee for maintenance or operation; will be determined on a case by case basis. There is a small storage shed on the patio as well as a small storage closet that also houses the hot water heater.
Rent is $2,400 per month. Tenant pays all utilities; security deposit = $3,600; $10 non-refundable application fee for every occupant over 18 years of age and once application is approved there is a $32 fee for a credit/background check.
This home is NOT currently approved for Section 8. Applications that include Section 8 Vouchers as a form of income are always considered but we cannot guarantee the timely processing completed by the Housing Authority of SLO that is required to approve a unit for their program.
