Description
Renovated 1949 K Street 2 Bedroom
First month rent $1000 off! Only $500 and $1250 deposit to move in! (With 1 year lease.)
Comfy and quaint older 1949 home thats been renovated. Its located in the original neighborhood of Idaho Falls. This house is down the street from the LDS temple, Snake River and Idaho Falls airport.
Great stop on the way to Yellowstone Park or Jackson Hole. Walk to the waterfalls, Riverwalk, the Japanese Friendship Garden or downtown.
Renovated inside - 2 bedroom 1 bath 1300 sq ft downstairs home.
-New flooring, kitchen, appliances, light fixtures, trim, door handles, painted walls, bathroom fixtures, tub, and new heating and electrical throughout.
Brand new washer and dryer included for use in the rent.
The only thing left to do is the yard. Right now its a snowy yard with just dirt underneath. The hope is to get grass and sprinklers in the summer.
The rent is $1250 per month plus $225 for utilities and unlimited fiber internet for a total of $1500 a month.
Its a downstairs home so there will be a home directly above.
Right now we have a gentleman renting upstairs, no pets. He is only there part time from Sept-May. Then we rent the home out as an Airbnb in the summer.
We are suggesting that who ever rents this home is also a single person, or a couple that doesnt have kids or a couple of roommates/friends.
We do have quiet hours. This goes for the home upstairs as well, but just walking alone can be heard from downstairs at times. So you have to be understanding thats how homes can be when living below another residence.
A nice pair of ear plugs work best if need be.
$1250 rent and $225 for utilities and internet
$1250 deposit
Please dont send a message asking to see the home until you have filled out an application or answered a set of questions the owner can give you to determine if you will be qualified to rent.
We get too many messages on here asking to see the home, and many are not qualified or serious about meeting up.
Your application is good for all homes on this platform, not just ours.
