Lease Duration

Pet Policy

1. Pets:

Pets are allowed on the property. 1 Medium pet and 1 Small pet maximum.

If allowed, an additional pet deposit of $1500 and a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet may apply.

The tenant is fully responsible for any damage caused by pets and must ensure pets comply with local regulations.

Tenant Maintenance Responsibilities

1. General Upkeep: Tenants are required to keep the property clean and in good condition.

2. Repairs and Damage:

Any minor repairs under $100 (e.g., lightbulb replacement, unclogging drains) are the responsibility of the tenant.

The landlord is responsible for major structural repairs and issues related to plumbing, heating, or electrical systems.
