ALL applicants who plan to live in the property over the age of 18 are required submit their own application Criteria: 1. Credit History: The Landlord will obtain a credit report from a Credit Reporting Agency, to verify your credit history. 2. Prior Rental History: Landlord will verify your prior rental history using the information you have provided on the rental application. 3. Criminal History: The Landlord will perform a criminal history investigation to verify the application information provided. 4. Current Income: The Landlord may ask for verification of your income as provided in the rental application. Two years of consecutive employment history should be submitted along with proof of income of at least 3x the amount of rent. 5. Failure to Provide Accurate Information: Failing to provide accurate information in your rental application will be denied.
