1. We perform a background check, credit, criminal, and eviction history on ALL applicants. A credit score of 600 is required.

2. Employment will be verified. Employment history should reflect at least 6 months with your current employer.

3. Combined gross income of all persons in the rental must be equal to or greater than 3x the monthly rent.

4. Applicants must provide tenant history for the past two years. A tenant could be disqualified for any previous evictions, defaults in lease agreements, untimely payments, or balances owed to previous landlords.

5. All applicants 18 years or older must fill out and submit a separate online application.
