Currently renting out 2 rooms in my 3 bedroom home in upscale gated neighborhood in beautiful American River Canyon North. Either 2 rooms/female roommates who will share a bathroom OR willing to discuss higher rent if private bathroom wanted.
Hardwood floors will be put in within the next few weeks, large patio, washer/dryer on site, parking on site, everything included in rent except for internet. Minutes from parks, trails to river and Roseville, Orangevale and Highway 50.
Must be dog lover as I’ve got a sweet rescue pittie :) Sorry no cats, willing to possibly have another dog if our dogs get along :) Looking for quiet female roommate(s) who are clean, responsible, don’t leave dishes in sink, and help with regular stuff like taking garbage out, buys dish soap if notices it’s getting low, etc. Normal helpful team player stuff -)
Sorry no guests, had bad experiences with that. No smoking, no drugs. 6 month lease with option to renew afterwards on a month to month basis. Must pass $55 background/security check. Contact if interested.
