A small Monthly Fee of $65.00 per person covers the Water, Sewer, Garbage and parking in the Garage is available for $150.00 a month per stall, subject to availability
$10.00 Technology Convenience Charge
$150 Non-refundable cleaning fee for normal professional cleaning of flooring upon move out
We are located at 312 11th Ave, in the First Hill neighborhood in a newer, well maintained, secured building, walking distance to Seattle University, Seattle Central Community College, all 3 major hospitals, The Broadway District and Beautiful Downtown Seattle. 1 Block from a bus line also.
For the Safety and consideration of our tenants this is a Non-Smoking property. You must be a NON Smoker to apply, meaning you cannot smoke anything, Pot, Vape, E-cigs, cigs, etc.
