When you pick up the flyer, you can do a self guided tour of property staying 6' away from anyone on property. You may walk up to the actual unit 3752 1/2 top floor and I will have a flyer of the unit for rent. Please wear a face covering when meeting us.
This available apartment has been freshly painted and has newer quality carpeting. There are imported ceramic 12x12 tile floors in the entries, kitchens and bathrooms. The kitchen has breakfast nook with window and newly faux granite covered tile counters. Newer GE self cleaning electric oven with a GE built-in microwave oven. Light and plumbing fixtures have been upgraded. The bathroom has wrap around marble counter-top and feature large solid birch vanity cupboards. Bedroom has generous 2 wardrobe closets, 1 large walk-in closet and 1 sliding door closet, plus in hallway are 4 linen cupboards. There is a BBQ and grass area for Bache Ball, Corn Toss, Badminton, Croquet, a shuffleboard court and upgraded sauna rooms. The recreation room can easily accommodate 25 guests and has a fully equipped kitchen. There are 4 exercise machines in the Fitness Room area.
